That approach turned out to be rarer than it should be. Word spread quickly — not because of advertising or promotions, but because clients started telling their neighbours. One well-kept lawn leads to a conversation over the fence. That conversation leads to a call. That's still how almost all of our new business comes in today.
Eight years later the standards haven't changed. Every property gets the same level of care and attention regardless of size. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it — no argument, no invoice.
